Peter learned firsthand how following a low-fat, whole-food, plant-based diet (WFPB) is a powerful way to achieve and maintain good health.
He takes a practical and thoughtful approach in working with his clients to share the benefits of low-fat, WFPB diet, as well as suggestions for how to make it easy, accessible, fun & delicious.
Plant-Based Nutrition Experience:
Peter is an experienced coach, educator, workshop facilitator, and plant-based chef. He is passionate about empowering clients with nutrition principles, cooking skills, recipes, and plant-based lifestyle fundamentals to help them build a solid foundation in good health.
After adopting a WFPB diet, he lost over 50 pounds, lowered his high blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels naturally. His energy levels increased, and athletic performance, sleep quality, and digestion all improved.
He spent the past nine years learning about all things plant-based and is excited to share his insights and experience with you.
